Hand wash with a small amount of mild soap, avoiding too much foam to make rinsing easier. Do not soak. Air dry. Cotton may change appearance after washing and often needs ironing. Iron with a cloth on top and avoid ironing the leather parts.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item has a manufacturing defect, in which case we cover the costs and you can choose an exchange or a full refund. Smooth leather: use a leather-specific cream and condition it only once a year.

Linen, cotton or canvas: use a cleaning foam. If the description includes washing instructions, follow them.

A protector spray helps repel water and stains. Store the bag stuffed, in a cool, dry place, away from direct light.
