It depends on the material. Smooth leather should be cleaned with a soft cloth and occasionally nourished with a specific cream. Suede and nubuck should only be cleaned with an eraser — never with nourishing cream, which can stain them. Linen, cotton and canvas are cleaned with a dry cleaning foam. Always store your bag stuffed with tissue paper, in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
