You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request an exchange or return by writing to us with your order number. The product must be unused and in its original packaging and tags. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item has a manufacturing defect, in which case we cover the costs and you can choose an exchange or a full refund. A protector spray helps repel water and stains. Store the bag stuffed, in a cool, dry place, away from direct light.
