Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item has a manufacturing defect, in which case we cover the costs and you can choose an exchange or a full refund. Linen, cotton or canvas: use a cleaning foam. If the description includes washing instructions, follow them.

A protector spray helps repel water and stains. Store the bag stuffed, in a cool, dry place, away from direct light.
