Hand wash with a small amount of neutral soap, avoiding too much foam to make rinsing easier. Do not soak. Air dry. Linen or cotton may change appearance after washing and often need ironing. Iron with a cloth on top and avoid ironing the leather parts.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item has a manufacturing defect, in which case we cover the costs and you can choose an exchange or a full refund. You also have the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days.

Linen, cotton or canvas: use a cleaning foam. If the description includes washing instructions, follow them.

A protector spray helps repel water and stains. Store the bag stuffed, in a cool, dry place, away from direct light.
