Free shipping to mainland Spain on orders of €30 or more. Shipping to the Balearic Islands always costs €9.90. We prepare orders in under 24 hours (before 1:30 pm on working days) and delivery takes an estimated 48-72 hours.

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request an exchange or return by writing to us with your order number. The product must be unused and in its original packaging and tags. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item has a manufacturing defect, in which case we cover the costs and you can choose an exchange or a full refund. You also have the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days.
